Appleberry Smash has the golden trifecta – delicious, nutritious and easy peasy!

The combination of the raspberries and apple make it super fresh! Try out different apples for slight sour variations – I generally use Pink Lady apples. When possible, I let the chia seeds sit in the coconut milk in the blender for 10 minutes which allows better digestion and better access to all those jam packed nutrients!

Throw this all in a blender and whizz it up!

  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • Handful of ice
  • 2 cups of coconut milk (tetra pack not can)
  • 1 apple chopped – skin on
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries (fresh is good too!)
  • dash of vanilla extract
